Terms of Service

1. What GanttDeck does

GanttDeck ("we", "us", operated by Solutions Delivered) is a tool that takes a CSV of project activities and returns a PowerPoint plan-on-a-page. That's the whole service. We don't track tasks, manage dependencies, or replace a project management tool — we produce a static PPTX on demand.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you think your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and email [email protected].

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deletion is permanent — your plans, stored files, and account record are removed within 30 days.

3. Your data, your content

You own the CSVs you upload and the PPTX files we generate from them. We claim no rights over your content. We process it solely to deliver the service: read your CSV, generate a PPTX, store it so you can download it, delete it when you ask us to.

Don't upload CSVs that contain anyone else's personal data unless you have a lawful basis to do so. Activity names, dates, and workstream labels are expected. Employee names, medical data, financial data, or anything else sensitive is not.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use GanttDeck to:

• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or authorisation.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service.
• Upload content that's unlawful, infringes copyright, or contains malware.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, other users, or our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in any of the above.

5. No warranties

GanttDeck is provided "as is". The generator is a geometry engine, not an intelligent assistant. You are responsible for verifying that the output correctly represents your project before presenting it. We do our best to keep the service running and the output correct, but we don't guarantee either.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GanttDeck, including lost revenue, reputational damage, or missed deadlines. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under England and Wales law (including for death, personal injury, or fraud).

If we are liable, our total aggregate liability to you in any twelve-month period is capped at the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us in that period.

7. Termination

You can stop using GanttDeck at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. If we terminate your account for a breach, any prepaid fees for the remaining period are non-refundable.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified on your next sign-in with reasonable notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that counts as accepting the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the England and Wales courts.
